  • Oh, I'm so glad to see that I'm not the only one! I'm on day 3 today, and I knew I was in for a rough week after the warmup from the FIT TEST! I thought, "If this is just the fit test, I'm screwed!" lol Congrats on finishing the program, and I hope to join the ranks in about 57 days!

  • i remember that feeling!!!! LOL I literally threw myself into a cold shower in the fetal position. On Day 54 now.

  • Hey man did you complete the workout? what were your results?

  • beleive it or not, i completed it. :) had great results. on the fit test, I actually tripled the amount of reps from day 1 to day 60. i wasn't trying to lsoe weight, but i lsot about 8 pounds and about 10% body fat. great program :)

  • Sweet man, well I am kind of in shape, I work out everyday but im over weight and have bad eating habbits, so im thinking about getting this, busting my ass for 60 days, eating all the right stuff, no junk food no nothing and seeing what happens. Is it worth it in the end, for you anyways

  • it's definately worth it. you'll be surprised at how fast you will improve and how much body fat you'll lose. if you need to lose weight, this is the way to do it.

  • Lol, he's right! While your going through the workout you start to think this is not reasonable.

  • He's not lying. I'm on my 2nd day and I'm on the floor just like this. I've never had a full sweat drenched shirt after a workout till I started Insanity. I can't talk during the workout or within 10 minutes after.

  • Haha love the laying on the floor thru the whole video. Every single one of us went thru that pain buddy. Just like Mike said, go about 75% your first week then week 2 give it hell. Your body is going to adapt and build muscle at a very quick rate. Cant wait to follow your progress!

  • hey dude ...during the first week or so TAKE IT EASY...DONT PUSH IT TO YOUR MAX because thats what alot of ppl do but let your body get used to the workouts...then WEEK 2 you bring it your all ...JUST A LITTLE TIP

  • thanks man..i've been doing that but i'm still having to take alot of breaks...i guess it just takes time. :)
