Its called Kage Bunshin and was made by Tim-N our music artist. You'll have to wait for NNK R1 to be released to get the mp3 of it :P

In order to slightly slow down the pace of the game so people dont just run around like crazy. Have them run slower and implement short bursts of dashing. Kind of like mini that you could do in any direction to dodge and move quickly. And have a stamina system that only allows a few of these in succession before you have to rest.

This adds more challenge and strategy. Someone like Rock Lee would have more stamina than Choji. It would also promote good use of exploding tag. If you can time it.
