If someone has the money, they should get charged for recording the voice and then take it to court. Then court of appeal if convicted. Then Supreme Court if necessary. Cameras do not have an audio record mute. All this does is protect the cop from committing perjury which many do all the time. The law would never servive Constitutional challenge. He was arrested for wearing a hat? Near a court house? That type of behavior must be stopped immediately! If not soon people will be wearing hats everywhere.

Just a note, I always find I can challenge authority much better when I am wearing a suit and tie. They have their uniforms, I have mine. Your cloths change peoples perception of you and your cause. Its a lot harder to dismiss a guy in a suit and tie than a scruffy looking character.

It sounds like the Keene establishment doesn't know what to do with people who are desperate to live free.
