I have a 2002 C5 Corvette, and I am considering adding Nitrous(Maximum 100HP Shot). Many people on Corvette forums say that I have to Dyno Tune it first. Is a dyno tune just for seeing how many horsepower your car has? What is it's purpose. Thank you very much for your time.

@TheRandomSanta Get a 125 shot. And a dyno tune will show you your horsepower and your torque. Then the tune part is to get your engine tuned for running the nitrous. If you do get nitrous, GET A DYNO TUNE, but from a good place. Ask on the forums for good tuners near you.
