A woman can be a mother, a teacher, a friend and a sister but, can't be a bishop? "Bishop", the title means nothing. As long as she is preaching the word of God and she is guiding the lost souls and bringing hopes in their lives, I do not have a problem with a woman preaching the word of God. God has used her, if God, didn't want her to preach than she wouldn't have the ability to preach/ inspire others.
