In Judo and BJJ we call that last move an Uchimata, I don't know what the Mongolians call it, but it was beautifully executed.

The Chahars decided to remain with the Chinese Republic after the Qing collapse. Many Outer Mongols insult Ovor Mongolians, called them Chinese mixed etc. They say only Khalkhs are pure blood Mongols.The standard of living for Ovor Mongolians is much higher than Outer Mongolians.
