You are referring to Bill Brenton. After completing the first case go find him in the entrance plaza. He is in a shop called, "in the closet." He will be behind the shop with a wall of cardboard boxes in front of him. Possibly the survivor with the funniest story.

i got a question for karate, u kill 1000 zombies barehanded, does that mean u hav to disembowel, face crusher, lift up n everything to kill zombies without using any wepons, or do u hav to fight him barehanded like fist fight, cuz i killed 1000 zombies using disembowel, hammer throw, lift up, neck twist, giant swing n the such, n i didnt get the acheivement, n for perfect gunner, i use the convicts gun, on the meat in the butcher shop, n it didnt work, then i use UZI n it didnt work either

The butcher Larry is the scariest and possibly the one I think is most insane in the game (Next to the grocery store manager) no matter what. First time a faced him he scared the living hell out of me. The cut scene just made it even creepier.

you can just walk right in with them. Sure they shoot you but if u have the flying dodge move just keep tapping forward. You DO do a flying dodge without being shot and then hop over the counter. (keep pressing A and forwards and u will eventually get over) then go to town with the mini chainsaws. 2-3 hits per person is sufficient. Hope this helps!

Larry is a punk in this game, especially if you aren't using your whirling implements of death on him. I remember he ganked me a fair many times when I first started that trek.

If you don't have the Mini-chainsaws for whatever reason, the Mannequin torso is probably your best bet. Wade in like usual; you'll probably take either a gimping with his meat cleaver or get hooked and diced a bit, but it's better than trying to give him a haircut with the small cleavers or knife, IMHO.

If the meat hits Carlito, that's it, insta-death, insta-fail, ending B only achieved.
