Beautiful young lady who does a very good job with the song. I don't think the crowd did her justice. All the crowd noise made me think they certainly disrespected her and our country's National Anthem.  Way to go, Katy!

Thanks for the compliments for Katy! The crowd was fine with applause, you just can't hear them because of how far away they were. By the vid you cannot see, but the crowd was a good 100 ft away from the front of the stage. I recorded this from a much closer distance than the crowd. :)

My great grandmother loved when singers just sang this song. She hated it when singers added their own flare and spice to the song. I however, like it when people try to make it their own. Sadly you didnt do that
