I always like to think that somewhere, deep in the sea, Rapture is there. I don't care that 'normal' people think I'm crazy. Rapture has a special place in my heart. :3

@xPs3xShlT Probably yes, it is most likely a safety precaution for a global flood, of course we won't be told of its location, just that the people in power will get to live there if there is one.. Of course it is also very very difficult to build a building underwater, the ground it is built on is unstable and of course; water pressure and keeping the water out in general.. Everything on the outside of buildings would need to exclude metal, and that's difficult when building a building :D ..
