Meron namang talagang batas na bill of rights ang patients, matagal ng batas yun. At dahil dun, magkakaron ng administrative charges ang mga doctors involved sa vicente sotto, this will shortly be followed by criminal charges.

Yung tinututulang ng mga doctors eh yung medical malpractice law, that would end up as anti patient because it will force the doctors to increase their charges. ibang usapan yun, masyadong matagal ipaliwanag.

it could have been a rare case that it needed to be recorded but it should be done in a professional way in which it should not have reached youtube to the extent. besides, the patient should have consented prior any documentation. but what happened was merely a breach to privacy and confidentiality which are patient's rights. such recording should not be made unless otherwise the patient gave the permission prior sedation. in this case, is there such an agreement? i just don't think there is..

Let us not close our eyes on the issue. THE PATIENT HAS BEEN BRUTALIZED BY HIS INTIMATE FRIEND AND ALMOST CAUSED HIS LIFE if not helped by this doctors who devoted their profession in order to save him.
The only mistake was the attitude of the observer in which they over reacted and that was carried away for the great success of the operation.
So please be considerate.
Don't go after to the Doctors, instead, go after to the guy who brutalized the patient.
