  • Mr. Shelton, whenever I hear a song that I knew you played on, I make it a point to give you credit. The other day Summer Breeze came on and I told my wife "that's Loius Shelton on guitar". Love your work with Boz Skaggs too.  When I think of great pop music, I see three components: great writers; terrific performers and great studio musicians. Thanks.

  • @loujazz99 your tone is awesome in this video. I love this performance! Trying teach myself this from your video. Lots of jazzy stuff in there, so its going to be quite the challenge for me. I don't know how you pull this off so effortlessly. Are you using a compressor by chance?
