  • she turn in too a lamb ahahhahha

  • what amazing place is this?

  • see this Churrasco Marcos Bassi - Costela- Brazilian Barbecue

  • in argentina they do it with cown ribs

  • in argentina / uruguay / brasil-south like this

  • this is identical to how they do it in argentina as well...

  • this looks like uruguay style....

  • We here in pakistan grill goat, lamb and chicken in the same way and call it SAJJI سجّى

  • i love meat but thats pretty f-d up

  • If I did that in my yard the neighbours will really be freaked out. They get bent out of shape when we have the normal pig roasts every year. I can here them already! Oh Shit, they are into witchcraft now!

Then we will do a voodoo dance around it after the first keg is gone. They should love that one! I know I will! You only live once so enjoy it!

  • i can understand hunting wild animals for meat but the slaughter house method is just totally wrong and unatural. animals are not meant to live in concrete buildings and pens for starters. supermarkets are to blame for alot of the problems.

  • @210482fmj No consumers are!

  • do something like this in a backyard somewhere in the 'burbs and you just might have the police show up......

  • this actually made me sick.

  • i think the flame is quite far from the lamb, you need jungle wood to keep it this way :)

  • looks like medieval gathering with crucified lamb

  • i never seen cooking like this its amazing

  • mmmmmm cabrito arriba monterrey mexicooo

  • esto es en Argentina???

  • just looks like meat is way away from the fire source--but I guess enough heat and smoke gets to meat to cook it right--dang that's a lot of lamb meat!

  • people should comment. Why do you think @tryharder has a point which sounds convincing. I was a hardcore meat eater since I was a child and now for a certain reason (other than health or illness) I am a vegetarian. I don't believe in belittling others rather hear what people have to say.

  • @tutor1006 what kind of a sick fuck would say something so cruel...only an asshole...looks inhumane to....

  • @KevinX704 what are you talking about? Do you even read what people have to say or just blurt out nonsense from oblivion.

  • if only i had a vegetarian friend, i would make sure to be at this event with them next year

  • What a wonderful place...

    Canada... a great country !!

    I miss to be there.

  • where the hell is saturna island??

  • wat da fuck!!!!

  • that's not disgusting, that's how people've been cooking for thousands of years, people like your ancestors, your great grand parents, people before all those PETA crap is around. You my friend are on the wrong channel, you should go look at vegetables.

  • @tryhardor Ha! you got that straight!!! God meant for us to be able to eat animals for food or we wouldn't have been at it since the beginning---I was married to a vegetarian a while and never understood how anyone could go without wanting some bacon or steak?

  • @micmoable well, as long as either of you can have what you want, I really don't mind if my GF only eat vegetables, as long as she's not stopping me roasting my lamb leg!

  • @tryhardor I hear ya!

  • @micmoable colesterol might be a reason, and some people is not really related to meat flavor...this video is kinda creepy...and I certaintly got hungry...weird doe

  • I'v been going to this for the past 4 years and i love it! It's the one thing i look forward to every year!!

  • this cooking method would dry out the lamb.

  • i doesn't dry it out at all. It is cooked spanish style and about half way through the cooking process they turn the lambs around and lay fat from the lamb on them which prevents drying out.

  • i'm wondering if the meat would still be tender? since i am asuming that the lamb is roasted upside down the whole time. wouldnt that let the fat and juices drip down off the body and leave it some what dry?

  • Mmmmm.... it's definitely not dry. They've been doing this enough years to have it perfected :)

  • The 60th this year!!!

  • Ahh Saturna!

Life doesn't really get much better than that on Saturna.

Ferry coming into port is a pretty big deal though.

  • You know what'd be great? Blindfold a PETA member and lead them in the middle of the circle before you light the fire. Then when they remove the blindfold, light the fire so they're trapped in the middle and they have no choice but to watch all those lamb carcasses get roasted!

  • @redmunkee

Roasting Fresh PETA's spoils the lamb.

Just take them into the forest and shoot them through the head and leave them for the crows....

Give me the lamb !! Yummy !

Thanks for the video ! Cheers ! (it gives me some more ideas...)

  • i was there!
