actually i'm 17 and i'm an apprentice so up urrrrrs! (sorry i watched independance day the other day). No i'm not the cleaner and no i didn't copy it off some random website. I went through BTG (Brunel Training) and have been their for almost a year. Now please i'm getting really bored of this.
