Thomas was better then Price for the last 2 or 3 seasons that is correct...But to say that at the end of the career of those 2 goalies Thomas will be number one you have to have your head in your ass really far !

@dashedreamsrko i do agree with u that this was'nt luck or chance this is an amzing save, but i think this season pekka rinne will win the vezina trophy. tim thomas played his best year this year and was easily the best goalie. tim thomas will not have the same skill as last year pekka rinne is faster,bigger, the only thing thomas now has left is experience and as a 28 year old goalie he will dominate the next 5 seasons in the nhl, and yes thomas will be one of the best goalies next season :)

@okke44 deffinitely, i totally agree with you man thomas got everyhing he always wanted and more last season made him big and everyone realize how much skill he actually has as a goalie he will deffinitely be one of the greats when he hangs up his jersey, of course someone more hungry will come along now not to say thomas won't put up a fight but its a game of who wants it more so we will see who will do what this year and you back up your words so ill watch out for rinne this year and see :)

@rsacc4sale1 haha truth hurts tim thomas was the best goalie in the league last season he made incredible saves throughout the whole season and his style was fresh, his saves were incredible it wasn't a fluke or a good playoff run or else they would have made it in by the skin of their teeth , no it was never thomas who gave up all season and then did well in the play offs so look at the stats before you make a stupid comment like that he wasn't just the best playoff goalie

Tim Thomas is not a great goalie but a good one. He's an acrobatic goalie, that's how sometimes he makes incredible save like this one, chance. That's why a goalie like Carey Price will always be considered better. By the way, who was boing their team all the serie because they were bad, ah yeah Boston....

The view at 0:34 disagrees with you. If Thomas hadn't slid over, granted, it would have gone in, but considering the amount of empty net that there was, all he had to do was hold on a little longer and he would have been able to roof it.
