Track on the other hand (AT&T powered) has a horrible pay as you go plan and the same 2 star rating as there counterpart. And I have cable1 internet (AT&T powered) and it's shit, AT&T holds same ratings

im on spanish customer care, and when someone calls in to spanish cust care thinking that we are not gonna understand what are they saying and give them credit after bieng nervious for an english speaker, but when we switch to english and hear the impression of them, i would pay for see their faces, its a shame that they hang after our good english xD

i work for att customer care and this kind of stuff makes my day atleast. we all talk about everything a stupid customer says on a call and get a good laugh about it. and yes people think they can use iphones and blackberrys by putting their sim in it and not have to pay for the data plans. but we can see what phone you are using on every call you make and we call tell if the call dropped or if it was terminated normally. so when people call us and lie about shit we know

I work for at&t as a customer service Representative, first of the customer rep wasn't doing anything wrong because the system did not have that she had an iphone.(Yes it does tell us what type of phone your using when you call and what brand you have if it is different) Second, This is very immature, and one day when you grow up you will realize that you made it tough for someone to do their job. Yes all calls are recording and the rep is also graded on them. think about it.
