I liked 'VESTIGIAL WINDOW' by Charles Scandura, the ORIGINAL film that was more than just an obvious major inspiration for 'The Scientist'... This film was a total ripoff, it's sickening.
For once in my life I'd like to see a movie where the answer is that the human mind is just a function of ordinary scientific laws & that nothing happens after we die because the mind is inseparable from the brain.
I find it funny how you've managed to lump truth together with mystery. If you knew the truth, it wouldn't be a mystery. And who said it would have to be boring? Knowledge can lead to some pretty interesting things, like the internet!
What I really want to know is how someone managed to take take the premise of someone inventing free energy & make it sound so generic.
@hypnoporpoise Why can't one never know ALL of the truth? And what the hell does that have to do with the fact that you blatantly contradicted yourself mid-sentence?
I don't believe something can come from nothing, just that it may seem that way if you don't understand the workings of a system.
And the rest of your post is unintelligible drivel.
... however, the SCIENTIST seems to be accessing the zero point, dirac sea, aether, or whatever you choose to call the "Dark Energy" that The Scientific Community still does not understand... hmm, might we call that a mystery....
the movie was terrible, DO NOT WATCH.

@Blurns one can NEVER know ALL of the truth, as a human :), but one can embrace truths that some are not able to wrap their heads around :)
perhaps you are one of the people who believe something can come from nothing? :)
i find it hard to believe that i have a distant relative that is a rock....

also, free energy is not INVENTED, the way to ACCESS free energy is invented....
for example: hydroelectric dam, heat pump, glider sail planes, sailing ships....
... however, the SCIENTIST seems to be accessing the zero point, dirac sea, aether, or whatever you choose to call the "Dark Energy" that The Scientific Community still does not understand... hmm, might we call that a mystery....
