@BFFS40 this is called indian bridal (kind of...) make up. because girls there put rinstones on the top of the brows for wedding day make up .

before rinstones came, they used to put red and white dots with some liquid 'thing' that i dont know the name, but looked quite ugly than rinstones :p

While this look does have it's own beauty and appeal, it actually takes away from your grey eyes. Yes there is crease work and liner but since there is so much going on, the lashes are the only thing that adds any definition. However, you nailed the Arabic style.
