The font colour needs to stand out from the background, so that it can be easily read. This is unfortunately not the case in several of the frames here, and needs to perhaps be changed to black or dark red - something which stands out well on a light background.

I tried black, and it was even worse. Red looked terrible and so did blue.
Out of all the available colors white was best.

Ok, in that case I recommend a thick black border around the white letters, to make them stand out.
