First of all, you don't know the details of this particular incident, you only know what the Red Cross claims. To be clear, the people of Gaza ARE suffering greatly, and it's horrible to see. The question at hand is, who's responsible for this suffering? Much of western media makes the hasty assumption that Israel is at fault -typical strategy to portray Israelis as agressors and Palestinians as victims.
