@patrickd7794 I think PVA glue is the best really, it has very good adhesive properties. It will stick to foam board quite well, you could sandpaper the foam board a little to add some 'grip' as the foam board is quite smooth. But PVA tends to shrink a bit when it dries, so the foam board might warp a little and it would be a good idea to support it while the glue dries.
