Just subscribed to your channel. you very talented brother. I will recommend that other model builders that I know here subscribe to you channel as well. I like this video because you demonstrate the best way of replicating carbon fiber effects. I know that you can also add clear smoke to that if you want to replicate a carbon fiber hood, or something else.
im gonna check out your other videos now. great work and awesome channel.
It's a great inexpensive technique. A good substitute for decals, tho I wonder if one could buy a decal sheet and duplicate your own with computer/printer. This is fast and cheap. Quality depends on practice and mesh. I'll have to try this. Thanks!
Between 15-30 psi for normal use! -The thicker the flow of the paint, the more psi you´ll need....I usually use paint thinned to a milky ("semi skimmed milk"-like) consistancy and around 25 psi of pressure, it works out really nice! :-)
Very nice! I'll have to re-purchase the 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse from Fast & Furious to re-do the hood in this technique (and perhaps some of the supercars I have).

That's a really neat trick. I might be forced to do a 2nd F40 model.

You do the same thing I do,,,, spend a lot of time on areas people will never see or appreciate. Another nice video, you are a true artist.
