  • Wow, there are still some ancient martial art stuff out there in remote village. Should bare foot be illegal in MMA in case people like him showed up in MMA, maybe the same as boxing gloves ?

  • not 280kg, it is 140kg, still amazing

  • My shins are hurting! They seem quite apt to take a shin, knee, leg out.

Some very nice conditioning, tip drills too. If an attacker walked into one of those kids, well, they'd think they waked into a buzz saw. Shin, hard block down, multi fist punch, push attacker back and then shot to the throat, reverse kick to the mid section. Nothing wrong with this art. Someone at an armchair can fault anything. this is not a sport, this is being attacked by culture. AWESOME!

  • can he win in ufc?

  • @yuwang508 he can kill. way to deadly for ufc.

  • these guys should not play soccer

  • To all my readers:

I respect Chuo jiao is a incredible martial art -I like the 4th part of thi video mainly the fist conditioning- all my sparring comments are based in experience and not to minimize this great art. I promise when in China I'll practice it and Tantui. Respect.

  • Let this guy attack with this kick at 7:27, make him fail by stepping back and counter with a thai powerful low kick, suddenly all his years trainning his family style will going to the trash!

  • @bassuan There he is, one more brilliant strategist...:))) And why do you think, that this guy can't move suddenly, and, for example, while you are doing you'r famous low kick, he will kick you in the groin, cause I'v been seen this many times, it was funny... ;-)

  • Staffs don't hit back 5:52!

  • Oh i see...well do you have any fight of yours posted in youtube? i do know some of those style you mention except Yaw yan i be doing it next year.

Wow kyokushin 2nd Dan how many people you sparred to get that level?

  • The most you execute the most you hide. Less is more. Respect. Sorry for the -1 it was just a finger mistake. OSU.

  • @hotpopcorncake Godspeed to you, wish you sucsses, sincerelly ! ;-)

  • Dude lol your sleeping/underestimating on this style. don't you think he not going to absorb that low muay thai kick and grab you also do this to your nuts 3:33.

kung fu style are know to grab and throw ,fight dirty.if you knew the history to this style you would ,its not called the style of the Penetrating Foot for nothing. the duck style in back in dynasty days bodyguard use the duck style to stay low and ground for throws.

  • To kick me he must be remenber I'm not a staff or he must be skilled as me in the art of kicking -I'm Savate yellow gloves, Muay Thai expert, Taekwondo 4th Dan, Kyoukushin 2nd Dan and now Yaw yan begginer- I respect this guys trainning to improve but their lack of reallistic sparring is at the same time their weakeness.

  • @bassuan How did you decide, that there is a lack of reallistic sparring, you had a dream, or you'v met someone of this guy's ?! And why you think, that this guy's will sparr with you like you are a staff ?! All you see on the clip's is just an exersice, you remember that ! ;-)

  • Because I was thinking conditioned by my partial point of view when I wrote later posts. If the TRUTH is indefinible please forgive a falible human being as I am for extern his mistakeable opinions. OSU!

  • i wonder what all the exercise apply too?.

also i was wondering why this was called the penetrating foot i see why now lol

and one thing for sure i wouldn't like to be kicked by anybody that know this style

  • Kicking the enemy's legs and groin, basicly...:)

  • one thing for sure if i fought this guy i would'nt let him kick me

  • And how you plan to do that, fly around him in the air or what ?!;-)

  • Hahaha um let think i would provoke him to kick me then try to parry his kick (getting hurt in the process by the kick) then try to punch him with my well condition first ,sweep on the ground. if it's fight between martial artist i won't make him in a buffer zone out of him in the ground.

  • :)))) What a plan, nice ! Wish you luck, if you meet this guy somewhen, somehow, somewhere... ;-)

  • It's cool i got this all i have to do is fly to china wear bullet proof cup then I'm all set .

  • I just fight with profesionals not with slow and chewy amateurs.

  • @bassuan :))) Tough guy, first try, than talk, good luck ! ;-)

  • I'm not a tough guy at all! just a imperfect human that's all my opinios are falible good luck!

  • I some times kick my furniture like that

  • perfect kung fu basic

  • He has scary big calfes :P Damn hard he kicks and stomp you.... scary guy to fight :p

  • 3:00 - 3:25 is the best

  • holysh...

that will be so damn painful if he kicks me

  • gosh, his kick can move 280KG (600+lb)....

  • very interesting. Low quick kicks to the shin like that could pretty much finish a fight. my Hanshi has said that you can make a man pass out if you kik him hard enough in the shin.

  • what is crazy is it is mostly meant to condition a strong sweep. Imagine using the absorbing/redirecting force of bagua, as you sweep someone's shin/ankle with this force and redirect force with upper body. It could possibly even kill the person (because the mans head would go into the floor very fast, and very hard).

  • But if everyone always attacks in straight lines, it gets very predictable. If we used your logic all martial arts would have only 1 technique which would be even easier to evade. Besides dont always assume they are punches, they may be part of a throw or guard.

  • The first sequence looks like a shoulder throw similar to shuai jiao

  • While I agree with your point from a modern standpoint, think about it in the context of the time it was made. In an ancient battlefield you are surrounded by people. Those "flailing punches" that wouldn't be so good against a guy in front of you might be able to take out a guy next to you who isn't paying attention. Put a sword in your hand, and you've got something that could kill anyone near you. Might need to be rethought a bit nowadays, but it IS a classic form for a classic age.

  • haymakers hurt more than wc punches. hooks will eff someone up :). cant say taht about a straight punch.

  • a simple style but very dangerous!!

  • dosint this hurt

  • Obvious! They/he kick with the ball of the foot!

  • Is he kicking with the toes or with the ball of the foot? With the ball of the foot it was good but if with the toes would be AMAZING!

  • That looks great. Thanks for sharing.

  • It is just like Kung Fu football. It is a myth not the real story. Just like Chinese football players. High expectation. Low performance. Sucks

  • first, we're talking shaolin soccer? that's not a myth...that's a comedy movie. Chinese football players have VERY low expectations on them. what makes this a myth?

  • It is just like Kung Fu football. It is a myth not the real story. Just like Chinese football players. High expectation. Low performance. Sucks

  • See his big big belly. Nice.

  • All of the stuff you have is first rate first class, it's a great resource.

  • This is some serious "train with what you've got." It's like Rocky training in Russia with sleighs and chopping wood, except these guys could break Rocky's shin into about 42 pieces.

  • lol. chopping wood is legit for boxing. expands your back like mad. The sleigh seems a little crazy, cuz all you do is slip on the ice and not work your quads.

  • UM! ouch.

  • very interesting, i dont know the proper terms but i noticed they still use the nail kick to the shin, the kick feint then kick, and the trademark chuojiao back kick like in chuo jiao fanzi. this series was very interesting...thanks
