Interesting, no reinforcement material in the concrete pads eh? I would have thought they would have at the very least done a mesh screen. Yikes, try that up north and see how long it lasts .

Make sure you fracture the bottom really good. Where I am from (vancouver, bc) those things can fill up from the rain!
