Wow, I love this level. It brings back great memories of Sonic Drift 2. Seriously a level in that game looks exactly like this.

IMO this was just as hard as mazuri act 3... I recorded my own playthrough and it took me forever (Not to mention my computer only records in 780p, so I had to change my 360 out of HD, making everything squashed and the controls felt really jerky. But It was worth it to get a good playthrough...
