@tacosplien Yes, the buckle your seat belt sound uses a sine wave. You can tell by its soft-polished sound. I havent been on a plane in a while, but the attack on that sound is more harder/faster. To learn more on attack, check out part 2.

I thought i might have to activate sth @ routing tab but, there's nothing :-??

I even soloed them n played with all the knobs n buttons to get a sound======> NOTHING :(

"barely scratched the surface" is an understatement. you shown us that massive has 3 oscillators and you can change the wavetable position of a range of waveforms! my mind = blown!

maybe your crack is shit.... Massive's cracks doesn't work well (or does not work at all).

you should buy it... it's not really expensive and it's a real good synthesizer...

i have a choice to download massive,absynth,FM8 and guitar rig pro...which one do i get...i use FL studio....i just need sounds and stuff to dump into FL studio which one would be the best to use.im not sure which one to get

@inormis i would say massive because you can do so much. absynth is great also but massive is more easier to use in my opinion. guitar rig pro is exactly what it says, its a rig for guitars. if you dont have a guitar then dont get it....

@MrMishabass you can use it with any DAW(digital audio workstation) that supports VST plugins, like cuebase, protools, and/or sonar to name a few. or you can use it by itself and record the samples on a recording program.

mine doesn't make any sound. i load a sound on to the thing. i see the master volume go up when i press a key. i dont hear anything tho

@chuckles1252 first, make sure you have a wave form selected on your osc. secondly, make sure the amp is up on your oscillators and master output. also make sure your ins and outs are set correctly on the channel strip of your DAW. what program are you using?

@MoshingUnicorns Yes. Massive is a VST plugin, so you can use it with any DAW that supports VST's (protools, logic, etc).
