We all know why they didn't pay their taxes. George Bush and Dick Cheney told them not to pay. The reason Obama supported the males and not the female is crystal clear. George Bush and his Iraq policy forces liberals to abandon the females and not pay taxes. Why didn't the new Attorney General disclose that his previous law firm represents 15 of the Gitmo detainees?
