  • i am so glad i found this video when i was pregnant. it helped a great deal after learning my son had SB invitro. It made me laugh! He is 17 months now and has his first wheelchair. It's not quite the tragedy i thought it was going to be.

  • I just love your little boy! Love his self-applause! I am 30 weeks along with our first child and he was diagnosed with SB on his L5. Seeing Owen really encourages me.

  • Good going Owen.

I really wish they will find a way for kids with spina bifida to walk without wrist krutches or walkers.

Keep walking little dude an never give up.

  • so adorable:)

I loved how he was clapping in between his steps. He seems to be a very amazing kid.

  • What a sweet boy you have. You are blessed!

  • he is a cutey pie

  • Gosh, i love Owen! he's such a beautifull and strong baby! he looks sooo happy! and he's doin awsome! please remember that God bless you with that jewel... hope you are happy; now and ever (: -Keep going, Owen!-

  • fantastic walking owen, stand tall and be strong, love to u all kirstie and her family

  • go owen go!

  • What a sweetheart!! Well done Owen, keep up the good work!

  • Alright! I love Owen's smile.

  • I feel so happy for Owen but this is one thing i dont understand why does he need the walker if he had a jaw surgery its a question of curiosity . P.S KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK OWeN!!

  • he didn't have jaw surgery. He had a cleft lip and palate and had 3 surgeries to repair that. The walker is related/needed because he has spina bifida which affects his lower extremities and hence his ability to walk.

  • Awesome! Keep up the good work Owen AND Mom and Dad! We just ordered a Kaye walker for our daughter, who was born with SB. She is 17 months.

  • Your son is a fighter! I guess you are so proud of him!

  • Yahoo Owen! This is great! Yahoo, Yahoo! We are clapping for you too!

  • I am so proud of Owen and his progress! Go Owen! It is so nice to see him accomplishing so much so quickly (and enjoying himself and feeling so proud). Noah is the same way - he has this grin he only gets when trying to walk! Great video and I love the music.

  • that 2nd clip is adorable!!! he's doing soooo good...and getting so big!! as i said in another comment i didnt walk till i was 4 so this is pretty amazing to me!! good job owen!! and God bless the family looks like he has a very encouraging family! :)

  • I love the middle clip! He is so cute stopping at every step to clap for himself. Praise God for making Owen!
