nice fan film jokers costume was awesome but the make up needs some work, you need to work a little bit on your acting and your laugh but other than that good work:)
@WisdomRiver - "so...why did Hatter give his Hat to joker?"
The Hatter is a bit of an evil genius who is obsessed with hats. He would often take control of a person's mind, by utilizing advanced technology incorporated into hats.
You'll notice that everyone the Joker encounters is wearing a hat. At 2:31, one can observe a dangling charm, underneath the security emblem of the guard's hat. At 3:23, another charm can be detected on the Scarecrow's hat. 4:24, one more charm.
4:38, a metallic shine indicates a charm on Hatter's hat. 4:56, shows the charm flash as the Joker leaves. On a side note, the Nurse's hat had a charm, as well. Unfortunately, it was a little high to get caught on camera.
The insinuation as to why the Hatter offered Joker a hat is that he may have been seeking to control the Joker, too. It's likely that Joker may have surmised as much, and figured that if he took Hatter's hat--as opposed to the one offered--he could gain control of the various minds. However, the flash of the charm on Hatter's hat that Joker stole poses the possibility that Hatter may have been one step ahead of the Joker.
I thought it would be interesting to present this possible scenario, as it would present some intriguing theoretical storylines. Is the Joker truly under Hatter's control? If so, what damage can Hatter wreak, using Joker as his puppet? If Joker manages to escape the mind control, what wrath with Hatter suffer?
Thanks. It's supposed to be Poison Ivy filming the Joker's escape. At the end, she sets the camera down and gives Mad Hatter a last kick for good measure.
We had shot additional scenes expanding upon her character, but, due to time constraints at the location, we weren't able to get the necessary matching scenes that would tie it all together. So, as is sometimes the case in film, most of her scenes ended up on the cutting room floor. I just had to include the ending scene, though.
damn this was crazy, i am def showin everyone i know. i only wish his mouth scars were better. but damn, i was like glued to the screen watchin it. i hope you do more!!!
Usually a fanfilm can't hold my interenst for more than a few minutes but I watched this one all the way through and I really enjoyed it! :) It was something different. It was visually interesting. Love the opening with Mr. J in a strait jacket. The actor that played the Joker was really good. Kudos to you all. Keep up the good work :)
Thank you; it was a huge undertaking. However, I'm confident that it more than adequately represents the efforts of everyone who contributed to its completion.
This was really great! You guys did an awesome job on this short fan film. I'm a huge Batman/Joker fan and have to say that this is the best fan film that I've seen regarding The Joker. Heath Ledger would be proud.
Wow! Verry nice Job! =D

One last tidbit, the charms are little hats; I thought that would be appropriate for the Hatter.
