@MushrumeHedd a paradiddle tap (RLRRL) with accents on the left. your left hand should then be playin a steady beat if you isolate it. I think this works vice versa but i dont kno

It's a paradiddle tap with accents on e and 2. So sticks would be this (with capitals being accents and lowercase taps): rLrrL lRllR
