The biggest thing i dont understand is if they were so anti the hebrews why acknowledge Abraham as their ancestor, why not Terah,Harran,or any of the others. My understanding from genesis was G-D promised many Descendants & Nations to Abraham. that includes Hebrew Israelites,& hebrew egyptians,& descendants of his third wife. neither groups bring honor to Abraham or G-ds promise to Abraham if they Abuse Abrahams promise. Many debunkers like to claim that the "Red Sea" upon translation from Hebrew means Sea of Reeds. This is a big misleader.

If your reference is to "fresh water" then it does indeed mean "reed" but if your reference is to salt water then it does indeed mean what it says - "Red Sea."

The point is that reeds do not grow in salt sea water but if the reference is to salty water then the passages conquer perfectly with the Biblical passages that refer to the Red sea as the crossing site.

That's my point, Jewish and Biblical holy sites are also holy for Muslims, because they believe in them as well.
