He wants to be able to say to muslims and anti-Semites: "Don't hate me, I was on your side all along." The joke is on him! I agree that all negotiations should end; I do not agree that there ought to be a "2-state solution." It is an abandonment of morality for any Israeli to agree to create a state within itself; it is political suicide. This is not the correct way to address the "demographic threat" that all the Leftist thinkers seem to be so concerned with.

Brave politicians (are there such?) need to step up and speak the truth and then try to solve the real problems of all the humans actually living here.

Gideon Levy is the head writer of one of Israel biggest news papers in Israel (ha haretz) he has a lot of readers in Israel and a lot of people that agree with him like me, but unlike him I don't think the the Arabs have no say in this. the Arabs as well have to accept the 1948 borders as final borders and the end of the conflict

One can clearly sense Mr. Gideon Levy's dispiritedness, who clearly see that the fallacy of the various peace processes created a unsurmountable dead-end due to the daily stifling brutality of Israel's occupation plus by its ceaseless landgrabs. The latter one made the so called 'two state solution' an impossibility also. That leaves only two choices: The dismantling of the Israeli settler state in its entirety, or the continuation of this multi-generational conflict.

Only chance to a peace process to even begin in this region would be if all religious parts either withdraw there positions or we as a world withdraw all religious BS once and for all. It's religion thats is poisoning and fueling this whole conflict.
