No lower than 74*. they found the cause. Some insulation inside the coil box had fallen on top of about half the coils somehow causing water to not drain properly and be pushed into the plenum box, and that's where the leak was. Over a week now and leak free. When you commin up next?

what are you running the AC at most of the time. the cooler it is the greater the condensation ya know.
