Okay... I raise saltwater fish and inverts and many crustaceans like lobsters and it died certainly. They must be acclimated for atleat 20 min to be put in new environment. After 70 years in a tank it would die of the shock of the salinity, ph, nitrate, amonia, and tempurature change... On top of that, it can't make it out of that shallow water to a good environment and that was predatory fish/bird heaven. Probably washed up, died of shock, or was eaten. Should have released properly or eaten it

Actually, once cooked lobsters, are pretty easy to eat, I especailly like the tail. I Flash boil them to kill them, then separate the tail, slice through the top center, mince some garlic, melt butter, pour garlic in the butter, then, bast the tail with it, then make three parallel slits in the meat though the sliced shell, and place it in the oven until the meat puffs out fluffy and white! It makes for one delicious meal!
