Good children's television actually came to the U.S. and this is the proof lol. I loved this growing up watching Pinwheel on the old Canadian Nickelodeon.

They used to show this on Pakistan television as well. Loved this as a kid. The music is so French.

My brothers and sister and I used to watch this all the time on Pinwheel. We called them Choyni and Choyno, because of their hats. They are so cute!
