@POOL314 you hit the nail on the head. Code 1 is a "Routine Priority Incident" such as a cold report, cold 211(unarmed) in pro. "Code 2" is a Urgent, but not necessarily an emergency yet. Code 2 means threat to life/property is imminent, but not in progress. "Code 3" means Emergency in pro, a threat to life or property already exists.
