I somewhat see things this way and always asked a lot of questions-maybe after the sermon is over. This one immutable ideal-if there is a hypocrite between you and God, that hypocrite is closer to God-what is your problem. So in all this, what some teenagers who sometimes immature is the basis of all this emergent stuff? All this found in the bible about the body of Christ. One meaning and many applications

Leadership and hierarchy develop naturally out of any social system, even in an emergent church. I think the emphasis is on the leader acting as more of a moderator.
