God, things got so fucked up in season 4 that sometimes I take how hard season 3 was with these two for granted. Just glad they had such a happy ending -3 It came a bit late, but...I mean, they were one of three couples (maybe four? I don't remember) who actually ended up happy, soooo...lmao and they all came a bit late xD these two were by far the most emotional/heart-wrenching, though !

In skins' defense, yes 2nd gen initially focused on freffy but only during s3. the main romance of s4 was naomiy due to their popularity. freddie's death just kind of affected that a bit but you could see that they were the main couple based on screen time and their storyline having more focus and had been taken more seriously. . . plus you could see how important they were for skins becoz they were the only couple to have ended together, twice!!!they had a happy ending!

i think there was no chance they would have ended the other way round...coz naomily fans are very vocal and consisted of the majority of skins fandom tbh. so the creators had no choice but to give them a happy ending. They owe the naomily fanbase that atleast coz naomily was the main reason gen 2 was a success in the first place.

Haha I don't know about hating the 2nd gen without them. i mean yeah it wouldn't be the same and would kinda be weird but i think i would have liked the 2nd gen the most still. its just me. its my own preference coz we have different ones i guess for diff. reasons. For gen 3, I don't like it to the least. If i was honest, i hated it. it was too different and for me was way inferior to gen 1 and 2... and trust me majority of fans agree with that.

In terms of being better of ratings, epic romances and fanbase, i doubt gen 3 would end up topping gen 2. gen 2 atm, and so far, has the highest ratings, a movie is supposed to be centered about them, and has the largest and most active fanbase. still even with those facts, people are still entitled with their favorites. so yeah im not arguing with you about whose gen is our favorite or we think is superior.
