Nokia Surge from att review

I quite agree with not liking a touch screen. I wouldn't however out this phone above the e71 that straight talk are also offering with their unlimited plan. Also running on ATTs network, which I'm not so gung ho about. Alas it's nice to be able to choose a smart phone anyway.

ya i had one of these and it got hit by a drunk driver it bustd his windshield and all it did to my phone is crack the screen a little it is really good quality phoneim getting another one!

They dont make cameras, but they did make rubberboots ore gumboots. All though i think that part is its own company this days..

the map you can download but navigation is absolute not I don't know why you said that. You have to pay 10 for telenav AND 30 bucks for the data. Otherwise you have to pay nokia map for 80 a year.

go to config and change your stuff in the settings. itll have message alert tones and call alert tones.

I just got it. Great phone. People keep saying it feels cheap but I think those people have been playing with iphones too much and expect too much. Feels great to me, and way more sturdy than A LOT of phones. Easy to use. PLENTY of features...I don't see all the fuss with that. I have ONE complaint, and it is that the keyboard can't quite keep up with my BLAZING fast typing, but it wouldn't be the first phone like that and I will adjust just fine. I give it an 8.5 out of 10 easily...maybe 9.

I have one on the way from att warranty services right now...I can't wait to get rid of this piece of shit quickfire. It was between this, some samsungs or a LG Neon. I don't like samsungs much, and I don't think I could ever buy a touchscreen again unless it was the iphone so no LG for me. I've never had any problems with nokias so it was the clear choice. People are whining about it not having enough features apparently, but I just need a phone... If you want lots of features buy an Iphone.

The Nokia Surge is capable of sending video messages but only to certain specific phones, not just for any type of phone there is for AT&T

hey, i just baught the surge today. its an awesome phone. the only thing i absolutely hate about it is how clicky the d pad is. thats my only con. other than that, the surge is perfect
