I liked this vid. Nice to see a woman enthusing over shell scripting. The idea may be flawed, but I'm sure it's a good vehicle for teaching the related technologies and CS topics.

Lol, I never knew speaking your mind would be so unpopular.
Again, I believe this idea is very interesting but I know a lot of people wouldn't care about it. The problem with scripting is that it's not dealing with the problem, you only minimize the hassles it produces.I always got loads of e-mails and I decided to problem solve this because I didn't want to spend so much time responding to e-mail.
A mix of letting problems flow, making people aware and responding in a more efficient way = done
