@kaiserarab That is not true, in fact the only two Aab countries with very low J1 % are Lebanon and Iraq. countries like Yemen, Saudi and the Gulf have 60 to 80% J1 while countries like Iraq and Lebanon have about 30% J1 only. Syria, Egypt and North African conutries have a % somewhere in between. I'd recommend you have a look at recent genetic studies, Arab people in general are more diverse than what you think. Ther are in Lebanon only over 10 differnt haplogroups and J1 is only one.

There is UNITY in the Mediterranean and there is UNITY in Lebanon amongst all the religious sects.
