I am not going to call you a BRAT Like every one else. I just wanna say Jayda loves you, with all of the love a bird can give, just because you raised it and now jayda is grown up. You are all Jayda has ever known. And you are going to give her up. What about her feelings? She will never probably love any one else. And if she does, it will take so long for her to get over being betrayed by her care taker, and her best friend. Hopefully she will get the love she completely deserves.
@quintinp02 I found somebody about 30 minutes away. I 99% sure they're going to keep her and I'm not worried at all! They'll give her a fantastic home and they want me to come see her as often as I want to help her adjust. It will be fine........
Very Sad if you giver Jayda up, especially since your buying horses and dogs, They too need attention just like Jayda would, I have six parrots and no matter what! i would not give up on them, even the one meanest one. I also have horses and i give time to all, no animal is lacking attention and i had 40 horses at one time. Please do not give up on Jayda! She Loves you!
Hello, this video brings so many tears to my eyes it literally breaks my heart… This is why there is so many suffering animals in shelters without homes and this is why puppy mills Exist and why gas chambers, euthanasia are being used for all the unwanted through away animals in the world. Please young lady and fellow readers, I beg you to see, realize that these poor animals’ friends relay on use for every moment of their lives. They love use unconditionally even if we do not.
They are not new toys to play with and then to through away, when you get bored with them. These are living creatures with feelings, just like you and I. How would you feel if one day the only mother/father you knew who and nursed you and loved and played with you, just one day decided that they needed to move on and that you were to much of a burden for them now. So they found you a new home with no guarantees that it will be good.
More likely you would get tossed for ok homes to bad homes for the rest of your life or even more likely put to an unmerciful cruel death with fellow unwanted/unloved pets. Truly unless you are ready/old enough to be a parent of a two to three year old, for the majority of your life, you should not adopt a pet. Like babies, they relay on use for everything to live and to be loved unconditionally, this is all they want and need life.
okay what some people dont realize is that its BETTER to give up a bird to a good home than to neglect it.... and if she won't have the time for Jayda like she deserves then it'd be better for her to be in a home where she will have it.....
and I Know that anyone that hasn't had birds wouldn't know that
@AleuandPonyo What she means by "moving on" is that she has gotten better and that horse is just not right for her skill level anymore... Its hard to let go, I know because I also sold my horse and got a new one too, that doesn't mean that I don't still love her... But you probably would't know about it since you never experienced it yourself... Talk about talking crap when you don't even know how it feels...
I've worked at animal shelters and aviaries, and I never understood how someone could just decide to give up a pet. Birds are so loving and caring, you know this. Your macaw has developed a relationship with you. Abandoning it would cause it anxiety and stress. I've encountered many birds with feather-plucking and other such issues as a result of abandonment. I implore you to reconsider, Christina. There are ways around the time issue. Take it with you on a harness, etc.
@theFoxCrit - Perhaps a staged transfer? Introduce the new owners at Jaydas home, a few sleep overs (the macaw not the humans), then after she has accepted her new human friends, a final transition. As much as I disagreed with you getting a macaw so young, you were young and had all the right intentions at the time. you are doing the right thing by giving Jayda to a new family that has time for her, just make sure they are a good fit, and that they can look after Jayda for the long run.
@verticalsmurf Youre A SPOILED B*TCH !!! She was doing right ! She just want have time for the the macaw . I'm 13 my mom bought me a Cockatoo because when i have to go to college . My mom will keep him . Beacause she likes birds . And her parents are getting a divorce . I'm not saying that her parents cuss but ive heard of birds gettin traumatized and started bad behaviour and reapeating bad words they have heard .
wait...your yorkie died....your other dog went missing....you buy and sell horses whenever they cross you, and you impulse bought a macaw that you are now giving up? I really hope no other animals end up in your life. You're a spoiled brat.
@theFoxCrit I can judge you whenever I so please because it is my right to do so kiddo. :) I may not know everything about you, but what I do know is that your a negligent owner who treats animals like a commodity. I don't think you killed that dog directly. I think your negligence killed it since clearly you have no sense of responsibility or foresight. By the way....if you "loved" your horse so much, you wouldn't have sold him. End of story.
i am not heartless..if that's what you're saying. i did love my horse and i still do love her. SHE just wasn't right for me. She taught me a lot and i needed to move on.
and just so you know.. my dog did not die because I "neglect" my animals. He was a family pet that was loved dearly. Have you never heard of an accident? And just so you know, i have a big family...I'm not the only one owns these animals.
@theFoxCrit haters? LOL ok avril lavigne. "Moving on" is not love for an animal or a good excuse. You don't ditch animals or sell them if you love them and you certainly don't impulse-buy macaws. I know it was probably mommy and daddy that bought everything for you and that you relish the drama your videos cause, so there's no point to talking to you. I really hope for the sake of all of the animals and that poor macaw that you never get to own another one ever again.
@AleuandPonyo Your a Spoiled B*tch I have a cockatoo im 13 when i go to college my mom will keep him Her parents are going through a divorce its to much for the bird !!!!!!
Poor Jayda. You are her human. Her Mom. You fed her as a baby. Being separated from you will cause her to be depressed and confused. If you are considering giving her up though then find her a good home. A home where they will never give up on her. Parrots are forever pets. Too few people realize this when they bring them home and the bird suffers when humans change their mind. :( Jayda deserves a better home. One where they will love her unconditionally and forever.
@theFoxCrit Oh I agree it is for her own good. If she is in a house that is even considering giving her up then she is not in the best place for her. I hope you are able to find her a wonderful and loving home. She deserves that. They all do!
@theFoxCrit Oh I probably understand your situation better than you might think. I have 5 parrots, 2 siberian huskies, 2 parakeets, work full time, attend college, run my own co, have 11 grandchildren, and volunteer at the local parrot rescue where there are over 50 homeless macaws right now. Just as you expect others not to judge you then you should not make assumptions about others. I was only saying that Jayda needs a very loving home. God's creatures deserve this from us.
@MsDolittle111 i wasn't making any assumptions...i'm just saying that i know she needs a loving home and it's not going to be easy finding one for her because i will miss her. it's a hard decision..if i give her up, i'll be afraid of her getting depressed, if i don't, i'm afraid she'll get bored. i care.
@theFoxCrit I am sure it is a hard decision. I got Zoey right after you got Jayda. I loved watching you care for Jayda and could see how much you loved her. For me, Zoey is my child and I can't imagine life without her. It is a huge compromise to own a large macaw. I give up other things in life for her, and for my other birds, like a perfectly clean house :) or quiet house. But I wouldn't live any other way. Check out my channel for videos of my gang. :)
On your other channel it says that you are very determined of what you want and you always find a way. So you can find a way to keep jadya. I have2 horses and still manage to spend time with my macaw. Why dont you take out to ride with you like have her on your arm or shoulder I know people that do that. Itd be fun haha anyways i hope you make the right decision and dont regret it.
@WorldLostinaDream wow ONLY 7 macaws? It's not a sin to have other interests. I need to chose what i want to do with my life and to do what i want to do, i will not have time to take care of Jayda. If I do find her a new home, I will be in no hurry. I want her to go to the best possible home where I can go visit her and see how she is doing. Don't judge. you don't know me.
if you still dont know what your doing with jada go watch the your slide show vidieo that u made for her but i can under stand if u do decide to rehome her
dont toss jayda remember what happend to ur horse u will feel sad again and she loves u and knows u if u just toss her out she well feel sad at least just keep her

oh ya! i havvve a question...ummm...

@theFoxCrit My yorkie was hit by a car right in front of my house on July second 10 mins before we were about to go on vacation. He jumped the fence. I am so sorry for your loss and I know what you're going through...it's hard.
Well done, Fox. :3 I like that you are discussing with your family in terms of finding your lovely girl a new home.. And not just jumping on it instantaneously.
Also- congrats on the new pups! Best of luck with it all. :3
Poor Jayda. I wld nvr buy a parrot, raise it, then decide I didn't have time for it. I'd MAKE time. W/ my college career blosoming & work flourishing I am able to schedule my school, work, n social life around my parrots - a sun conure, a green cheek conure, and a greenwing macaw. At the very least im glad you care enough to recognize that your bird is not getting the adequate attention it deserves. Good luck in your decision.
oh :'( Im sorry for about Justice :( and I really Hope that Phoenix comes back or you find him (it is a he right..)

NO keep jayda please dont give her up she is so good u handfed her and made her what she is a very nice beautiful companion just work out a schedule please u took the time to grow her up dont lose that
@loungo1567 uuuuh i thinkk you need to chill ? not everyone dose ?? & her family might be having a rough time and think she deserves a better home . & its a macaw not a parrot .
@loungo1567 uuuh i no alott bitchh . i fucking have a beach face lovebird. i had a macaw & i had a budgie & a parakeet .so chill your mother fucking asshole . & no shit a macaw is a parrot . how the fuck am i supposed to no if you were just "classifying " or "generalizing ? yaa shut the fuck up .
@SaraxBabeey wow you said had a lot you've HAD a lot of parrots but theres the key word HAD. You must be on youre period cause you are angry middle schooler girl or just some crazy woman.
@MrBirdcare Hope your home-schooled they need 24/7 attention
I would wait until you are either home-schooled or out of college, and only get the macaw if your gonna work with animals when your older, you will need to bring it to work with you.
I'm 12 and getting a macaw in 8-10 months too :), but I'm gonna live with my parents in college, and be a zoologist when I'm older, so I will always have time for him/her.
P.S
be ready for screaaming, my friend has a B&G, he screams, but he gets attention
@loungo1567 yaa lol you need to calm down... its not like they cant take care of her and cant afford her... she just isnt getting all the attention that macaws need....
@loungo1567 i agree with you. at the time I thought I would be into birds for the rest of my life but if I want to make it big in my riding career, i'm going to have to make changes. It would be better for everyone.
@loungo1567 ur kinda wrong bout me cuz if caught the bird that living or still not hatched or layed on the roof i will not get rid of him hes kinda the best living creature i have here im going to train him hard and strong to make him the best number 1+ i dont want him to go with his mother and let them get eaten by a hawk or something if he saw that with his eyes he will regret it so im doin the right thing if u agree plz post a comment on my channel ok cya guys bye bye this bird will be num 1+

@loungo1567 i agree with you. at the time I thought I would be into birds for the rest of my life but if I want to make it big in my riding career, i'm going to have to make changes. It would be better for everyone.
