These are great, thanks for the walkthru, but I have an issue. My elbow on my left arm where tennis elbow usually occurs hurts when i do the twist part from this exercise like the tendon on the bone or something, can you offer some insight? also after I move on to curls it kinda hurts and i lose some strength in it and it burns a little
