However, the mother of Daniel Jnr, Caroline, Paul and Kathleen was an American woman, Joanne, who went to Spain with Dan Kelly and the children, but then went back to the US. Barbara became the children's nanny, and then their mother. The 4 black-haired, long faced children are Joanne's and the 8 blonde, round-faced children are Barbara's. John was her eldest child. That is why they look entirely different

His first wife was from the US and their four children were born there, which makes those children American. I used to listen to these guys daily, but havent for nearly a year just getting rehooked. I loved their story, the Dad takes his kids to spain, meets his new wife Babs and has another few kids, they travel europe, get robbed and end up singing for money and then turn into what we see here! great story they should write their story into a book i'd buy it! Human preserverence and spirit at the max :)

The family were all happy doing what they were doing, if you look back to when Barbara was alive they had more of Dans kids from his first marraige with them but over time they lost interest in it and moved back to the states..Use a dictionary next time fool!

They became very famous in Europe and I'm glad I found them and enjoy watching all the YouTube videos of them.

This video and the Kelly family are inspiring and a joy to watch. Ich liebe dieses Lied. Ich bin zwar erst 14 also war das ja lange vor meiner Zeit. Aber ich höre trotzdem noch die Lieder an. Klar ich stehe ehr auf Leute zu unserer Zeit aber die älteren siend einfach etwas besonderes. Warum haben die sich eigentlich getrennt? Ich finde sie sollten jetzt noch zusammensein.

they may be singing this song for there mother who passed away as loads people do such as i did for my grandmother & it's what reminds us of them but since i have met Jesus this song has meant so much more then what it use to be it is now the song that tells my story of how "i" was lost & blind but now "i" am found & now "i" see ... how? cuz.. of His grace that is so amazing! & listening to this song brought the presence of God & touched my heart so much thank you for posting!

The pee-pee video was disturbing, but this is just awful. The little boy is a terrible singer. The rest of the family is ok. A mediocre rendition of a massively over-rated song. Further proof that Christian music is more about appearance than art. They'll take a lame song over a masterpiece if it has some kids singing about Jesus in it.

2. also nachdem ich 15 bin & grade mal geboren bin, als kelly family berühmt war. und in meiner "generation" keiner mehr die kelly family hör und mir dass trotzdem scheiß egal ist - da ich sie einfach liebe - zeigt eher genau das gegenteil. viele leite mögen sie einfach, weil sie einfach genial sind: sie können live besser singen, als playback (was mann von den bands heite sicher nicht mehr sagen kann!!)

Justin Bieber - Schreibt nicht selber, und hat nur Songs, die sich beschissen anhören, wenn man sie mit ner Männerstimme singt (ist mir bei allen Covers aufgefallen), und ist ein totaler Bubi der nix aushält. Tokyo Hotel - Hab ich nicht so wirklich was dagegen, aber die sehen schon so beschissen aus z.T., sowas is nicht mehr schön. Gegen die Kelly family hab ich nix, die sind gut.
