I've been trying to do workouts like these for the last 4 months, my hands are all callused up but it's just getting too damn cold and I can't get a good grip on my bar. You guy's got any suggestions for gloves?

Its like parkour but just the stuff on bars. Its like intense bar focused body conditioning. I can hold a handstand on top of the bars. You should try that next, its pretty easy and easy to come out of.

@dancindrummer hey, see it this way :) If you curl a weight for bicep you'll probably take a weight like 40 lbs?
If you do a pull up its your own weight, perhaps 160 lbs or more or less!
Thats why its so hard you know!
But you just gotta work with the numbers you get in reach and increase those! You'll see if you do alot calisthenics you will improve alot!
And you gotta remember to always warm up BEFORE the workout and Cool down AFTER! its very important
