  • really impressive. I work out every day, I started about 7 months ago to get fit for a skydive.... I suck at pull ups though, even though I do several sets of push ups daily!!! I admire your commitment!! I shall definitely doing more pull-ups / bar work in the gym from now on! You're an inspiration! Thanks:D

  • @dancindrummer hey, see it this way :) If you curl a weight for bicep you'll probably take a weight like 40 lbs?

    If you do a pull up its your own weight, perhaps 160 lbs or more or less!

    Thats why its so hard you know!

    But you just gotta work with the numbers you get in reach and increase those! You'll see if you do alot calisthenics you will improve alot!

    And you gotta remember to always warm up BEFORE the workout and Cool down AFTER! its very important
