AZ with bananas just reminds me of getting a baseball bat, the way they bounce off the face of your opponent so you can catch em again.

for your first combo video its all right... a trick for your next one its to use diddy's neutral attack so he starts using his tale ande when you think the other character is far enough but (close enough so he still is traped or half traped on your tale) link it with you side smash... its kinda hard but usefull to finish of someonein the edge

u dont need to glide toss to have a good diddy. it helps in most situations tho -_-

That was far from horrible. That was great. Diddy is mind games and that was exactly what AlphaZealot did. The only criticism I have is that there were no characters that could reflect except Zelda and Zelda didn't even try. King Dedede put up a good fight at 2:45-3:00...

that was horrible. all you did was sit there throwing bananas at his shield. occasionally you would jump out and hit down and A. How is one move, or a barrage of bananas a combo?

If you slip on a nana, you are open to an unblockable attack. In other words, every nana after that would technically be part of a combo.

However, who cares, why are you arguing semantics? Highlight reel, combo video, doesn't matter, they mean basically the same thing, and combos in Melee, half the time, were not true combo's either but the result of bad DI.

Also, the name of the video is "bananas" so duh, lots of bananas.

Yes, because Azen is an idiot right? Its not easy, if you try to catch, I get to throw another that you can't catch. The entire point is that having two nana's out always gives you a free approach.

now that i look back at the vid, you were playing too agressively for them to have time to react to the peels but it is rather common knowledge that nothing frustrates a diddy main more than using his own naners against him

@ff7gunblade it's wayyyyy too difficult to catch / pick up bananas without it breaking your rhythm a good diddy (like AZ) would just pummel you with another banana or a grab etc...and these people are pros man, not idiots!

a lot of people seem to want to think using the bananas is a cheap and easy way to win....that annoys me, took me ages to try and master all diddy's techs!
