As a nail technician, I would not recommend using the ped egg. It scrapes the actual skin off causing your skin to grow back thicker and harder in order to protect it. Same goes with a razor. It is banned in N.C salons, but some cheap nail salons try to get away with it. Because they know that you're feet is going to get worse, and you'll have to come back and see them. I would suggest you use a foot file or pumice stone. Make sure the they don't use one that looks like a cheese grater.
