  • nice custom fabbed gas tank!!!! makes me wanna make one for mine. im buildin one just started today. saved it from the woods up on the hill.its ther been ther for over a year. rode it down the hill started tearing it down, replaced the stock handle bars with kawsaki bayou handle bars so they sit up and give it that chopper look

  • @adamg4119 ape hangers are not meant for the stingray. maybe the huffy chopper but not the schwinn.

  • @austinhh132 no huffy choppers are gay looking and shwinn choppers are made for apes.

  • how did you fix the rear sprocket to the wheel?

  • how did you make your jackshaft? and how did you get it perfectly aligned with all of the sprockets?

  • I put 125cc pit bike engine in one of these

  • street legal no liscense needed? Please answer

  • @ceito17 no way haha. Too big of a displacement to not need a lisence

  • Please please PLEASE put some ape hangers on that so your arms are up.

  • best one iv seen on youtube

  • nice

  • Thanks

  • How did u fit a bigger tire with disc brake an a sprocket?

  • @MrHector0309 the tire and wheel is the exact same size as the stock bike wheel, and the brake disc fits inside the lip of the rim

  • how did yiou get it to sound like that how do i get that motor and exaust i have a bike im going to build like this one

  • @tommylvsjulie12 the sharper the angle on the exhaust tip, the louder it is

  • really nice build, the motor sounds awesome

  • one of the kids in my neighborhood have one of these and instead of pulling it to start it you hols the clutch and push it real fast till it starts i got to ride it and it is lowd

  • Flippn awsome man

  • i am trying to build this kind of bike but i cant find a engine for it can any one help me

  • What is the real wheel/tire off of??? Seems to fit just right

  • Whatever happened to two stroke power-plants.?

  • wow sounds good for a honda lol

  • Is it for sale? And if you sell it? then how much?

    what is the price?

    thank you

  • if you know the sound of a 6.5 hp briggs you'll understand this is twice the power EASILY,i tried to do a conversion like this but a 6 hp WONT SPIN A motorcycle TIRE LIKE THAT,or go by at 40 MPH.

    I T I S A P R O S T O C K- G O C A R T M O T O R 16hp,done to the tits .NOT 6.5 HP,any of these doubters are dumb-asses without any experience in hi speed carting,go-carts,bikes,motorcycles etc

a stock 5 to 6 horse motor wont spin a nighthawk rim with all the chains and sprockets,NOT POSSIBLE

  • nice I made one too, there a blast to ride,,,

  • how much did that all cost? im working on mine right now

  • Nice bike dude! I have been looking into building something like this as a summertime bar hopper. Most of the motorized bicycles these days are mountain bikes or cruisers with the cheap Chinese bolt on 50 to 80 cc two strokes. Sure, they go and are cheap to do but they top out at 30 mph and the cheap motors are unreliable throw-aways.

I love the sound of your bike, it's got some gnarly throat, that engine has some real meat to it. I'm thinking Briggs V twin 18 hp. Looking for beefy spokes too.

  • That is so awesome! You got yourself a motorcycle.

  • DO WANT

  • Tell your dad he did a good job.

  • is this hard to do and how did u mount the engine

  • thats sick as fuck

  • what all did u do to the engine to upgrade the hp and how fast have u gotten it to go

  • nice

  • so how fast have you had it up to?

  • umm...dear santa

  • damn, thats kool big disc break, and real motorcycle tire huh!?

how much was all teh stuff to soup up the engine!?

and how do you calculate hp!? intake, exhaust governer romoval, and billet internals right!? soudns scary fast ;D

  • Umm bull shit on 13 hp is 6.5 lawnmower engine

  • @JacobCorsaw those motors arent for lawnmowers dipshit. its a genny or tiller motor, or even pressure washer or snowblower. but no lawnmower. hahaha, arent i the smartass of the week?

  • @miketheredneckable Good my bad I was being retarded but bull shit on 13hp is 6.5

  • @JacobCorsaw yeah i recognize the ol' 6.5 anywhere, especially chevys old 6.5 diesel! hahaha

  • where's your air filter?

  • thats sick eh! like it would be even better if you put like a 250cc motorcycle engine on it with the tranny so u could have gears

  • Do you have any how fast that is???????????????????? thats like........... thats really bad if you ride that you could get seriously injured....

    Thumbs up if you agreee

  • @wafflefest it would be just like riding a regular motorcycle

  • Hey, by the way

do you have any specs on the tire and brakes? ....and maybe any cool extras/mods Thanks.

  • Your from Toronto eh? it's nice to see fellow Canadians making some great stuff.

Yeah so I've been planning on fabbing up my chopper bike with a 6.5hp powerfist (princess auto) Engine EXCEPT I obviously want it to be solid and not a slapchop job and when it came to breaking I drew a blank on how on earth I was going to get everything to work with the silly rim on the bike. I don't know why it didn't come to me GET AN ACTUAL RIM! So thanks for actually making a solid bike that makes sense.

  • That is so bad ass

  • nice example. i was surprised

  • very very nice work but that doesnt sound like a 15hp............sounds more like a 8 or 10hp OHV to me

  • hi, what gear ratio you got on this thing? it sounds bute! do u have a torque converter on it?

  • dayum..

try it with a pacific coast chopper :P

  • soo cool like wat u did wiv da pedals

  • lmao i got the same pedale bike buts its red .. no engine

  • hey. . . u r from chile???. . . kool. . . well. . i dont have a mosquito engine, its a honda. . .and it makes bout 13 horsepower. .. it was tuned up from its original state

  • cool man, sounds like you got an after market cam in that thing right? You welded the engine mounts the same way i was thinking of doing it to on my honda/schwinn chopper

  • could you please tell me were you got this wheel/tire and brake setup. i am in the process of building one myself and are afraid it woun't stop on time and if the spokes will break of when i accelarate so please tell me if you can

  • store quality right there.very nice

  • Nicest pedal bike chopper conversion ive seen but you say 15hp honda engine but yet your videos says 6.5hp could be a cover but highly doubt it things fast tho

  • ya, well. . .the original engine put out 6.5 hp. I had the engine super stocked, so now it outputs 13 hp.

  • @vinceracer but u said it sarted with a 13hp engine and brought it to 15..well u still say its 15 hrp..ur lyin through your teeth on this engine!..but looks like it will do 40mph

  • @vinceracer where can i get one of those honda 6.5 engine at im trying to modify a chopper bike

  • needs sound

  • how many hp?

  • u get a beast

  • cool bike dude!

  • want to race schwinns?

  • that thing is ba how'd what did you change

  • i chopped, cut, and rewelded the frame so it was lower to the ground to fit the engine. I fabricated the exhast cover, clutch cover, and drivetrain from scratch. . . .the rear wheel is off of a honda nighthawk, same with the brake system. . .it is haydraulic

  • @vinceracer what did you have to so to make the nighthawk wheel fit?

  • @BUTTPHACEKILLA nothing, thats why we used a nighthawk wheel. . . .same dimensions :)

  • that thing is awesome

  • thankz man. . .appreciate it

  • like im not even kidding its just so awesome... iwanna make one i put a 6.5hp on mine but it wouldnt fit so i might have to take the gas tank off and how did u put the sprocket on? i just attached it to the spokes =/ so i cant go fast or it will rip dem out

  • ya. . .stock spokes are too weak. You have to find an after market wheel. The sproket mounted straight to the rear wheel

  • what back tire is that ?did u have to change the frame to fit it ?

  • the back tire is the front tire off of a 1987 Honda Nighthawk. and surprisingly, if was a perfect fit without mods

  • how heavy is the bike by the way

  • itz bout 150lbs. . . . which really iznt that heavy for itz power. . . so it goes like a bitch

  • very nice, what did you do to that little engine if you don't mind me asking, cam heads cam shaft?

  • ahh. . . trade secret. . . . sorry, but compared to a stock honda motor, it runs at twice the revs. . . . usually 3500, this one runs almost 8000

  • That is a sweet little beastie you got there. Awesome job!

  • that engine says 6.5 hp. did u switch the engine now?

  • nope, see, i am a professional go kart racer, and that is a race prepared engine i used several years ago. It sayz 6.5hp, but it really makes more like 13hp

  • what did you do with it?

  • awesome

  • What you got there is a death trap.

  • why would you say that can you explain

  • the only death trap is your close minded attidude. It is certain death!

  • Amen to that! My boss, at work, thinks these should be outlawed!
