@Mightymopar1973 it was pretty easy... yes the mounts are the same. I reused the 4.6 mounts... really the only difference is the deck height of the 5.4. You have to notch the inside of the hood a bit but it works.
It was an awesome engine... ran great .. best i did was 13.92 with a 1.9 ish 60 foot. Decided to go with a forged 4.6 2v and KB ...
this might be a dumb question but whats the advantage to having the 5.4l instead of the 4.6? from what i see they put out very similar numbers

How hard was the swap? Are the mounts on the 4.6 same as the 5.4?

did you swap in a 5.4 4V navi motor or just a 5.4 2V motor? how much torque did you put down after with a 2V (if it is a 2V)
