  • Good on you, Mike!!! The killing of babies in the womb -- or leaving them to die when they survive an abortion (this is what happens in Australia) is truly evil. Any Christian who can't see this is hardly likely to be a Christian, no matter how much they confess in being a "Christian". MegaStar04 cannot admit what abortion does to the unborn. Regurgitating phrases and terms such a "women who choose", "have the procedure", "reproductive rights", shows a lack of being able to think independently.

  • @truthprevails100 First of all I never said that I agree with abortion because I don't. I'm just not going to judge somebody for having one. 2nd I know exactly what an abortion does, but thanks for thinking I'm stupid or naive. 3rd I can think for myself just fine, just because you think I spout regurgitated phrases doesn't mean that I don't think they are true. 4th I nIever claimed to be a Christian, I just said that this should be between them and their God. It's not our place to judge them.

  • I don't think it's right for you to use religion to take away a woman's basic rights to do what she wants with her body. You don't know what situation pushed her to make the decision she made to get the abortion in the first place, sometimes it is even a medical issue. This shouldn't be your concern it should be between the women who choose to have the procedure done and GOD. These women have enough to face without people making their lives harder by trying to take their reproductive rights away

  • @MegaStar04 im sure many pro-lifers would agree w/ this statement: we aren't trying to take away a woman's rights, IF the unborn is a fully-fledged person and human. this premise has been argued vigorously and quite well by pro-lifers, when you say that abortion is a right, you are assuming that the pre-born is not human, and you have to provide evidence to support that premise, any thoughts or feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you=)!

  • @atbigdog24002 I'm not saying that an unborn child isn't a fully fledged person or human. And I think that a woman has the right to make a decision for herself, her body, & even the unborn child. In no way do I agree with abortion but I don't think it's right to judge women who have had them or are planning to get one. It's not my place it's between them and whatever God they believe in. All I'm saying is that people should have the right to choose what to do with their bodies. Just let them be.

  • @MegaStar04 ahh, thank you for clearing up your position, my question is: if mothers were killing their toddlers do you think that we should "let them be"? And, i have no reason to think the the pre-born child is part of the mother's body, it seems to me that the pre-born child is a complete, whole and distinct human being. Firstly, the pre-born has it's own genetic structure, DNA, etc. It seems to be that the pre-born is dependent upon the mother for sustaining her/him. But, we can go into more

  • @MegaStar04 thank you for clearing up your position, firstly, with regards to your comment "I don't think it's right to judge women who have had them(abortions) or are planning to get one" i have but one question: would u also be in favor of not judging women who have killed their toddlers, or are planning to kill them? If the pre-born is indeed human, than this is the dilemna we are facing, now in regards to ur argument from bodily autonomy i'd love to discuss that but im outa room. Thoughts?

  • @MegaStar04 you write "And I think that a woman has the right to make a decision for herself, her body, & even the unborn child." i have absolutely no reason to think that the pre-born child is indeed part of the mother's body, it seems that the pre-born is instead dependent on the mother for support. The pre-born fetus has it's own genetic structure, DNA, etc. I think it's completely different to say the pre-born is dependent as oppposed to part of the mother's body, im outa room, thoughts?
