@DokiDokiMaru15 Hmmmm... no. The oatmeal is a big part of these muffins in particular. I have several scone recipes that just use flour... Hope that helps :)

I legit OMG'd at the apple grating. Never have I eeeeeever seen that/read that in a recipe, but it seems like the most genius way to get apples perfectly thin but still juicy. I may actually do this JUST for the apple grating! XD

@paksallion Yes, check out the recipe on my site, there is a buttermilk sub - there is a link in More Info. And you can just use granulated white sugar for the brown. :) Let me know if you try them!
